his paper concerns with a unique step by step
simulation of photovoltaic model with Matlab/Simulink. One diode equivalent circuit model has been considered in order to investigate I-V and P-V characteristics of a typical 36 W solar module. The proposed model is designed with a user-friendly icons and a dialog box like Simulink block libraries. The proposed model can be very useful for PV Engineers and experts who require a simple, fast and accurate PV simulator to
design their system.
