Encode Decode ASCII Binary

2 M-files to encode or decode ASCII and binary numbers.

Very simple program to convert regular ASCII text to a block of binary numbers and vise versa. Just run the following commands to view an example:

encode('test.txt','binary.txt')
decode('binary.txt','ascii.txt')
