analysis of oscilloscope files in *csv format

to find the starting time of the two given pulses

1. how can i send u one csv file which has data? pic created and attached above is from the same set of files.

2. i have some 261 files. if i run it in the loop, defined by variable i, it stops in between say after 6th file is over n asks me to close matlab. i check the output file written to know how many files are over. then i have to choose the 8th one, assuming that 7th one does not have proper data, and it starts working. but this keeps happening till i run all the 261 files. there is no difference in the csv files format when i opened them and checked. why does the program stop then?
