Linear Bbock code encoder and decoder.

The encoder function displays the linear block code matrix along with the minimum
Hamming distance, minimum error detection and correction capability and
Hamming weights and Hamming distances
The input n and k are the dimensions of the block code eg (7,4) linear
block code and pm is the parity sub matrix.
The decoder function accepts a distorted codeword and prints the corrected codeword.
