Based on semei-vectorial finite difference method, this code is developed for solving the eigen modes in various types of waveguide. The baisc core function is called SVMODES, fiber file is for generating the index profile and the coordinates system, and the solvethemode_fiber is the main code. Please refer to the explanation in the function SVMODES for more info on the inputs it needs. Also the GUI version of the solver is also provided.
