Import and Plot WinWCP Patch Clamp Electrophysiology Files into MATLAB

There is no tool around to import WinWCP (John Dempster, University of Strathclyde, UK) files into MATLAB, as far as I know. import_wcp is a simple importer for .wcp patch clamp recordings into Matlab.
