This function plot any function in cylindrical coordinates.
phi is the angle in x-y plane (0<phi<2*pi)
rho is the distance from origin to point at surface of cylinder .(0<rho<inf)
z is the height of cylinder (0<z<inf)
axisdis is 1 or 0 to display axis or not .
