Perform the Short-Time Narrow-Band Mode Decomposition (STNBMD)

This toolbox contains the code to decompose a signal into the sum of short-time narrow-banded modes,
in other words sinusoids with slowly varying amplitude and frequency.
Developed by Scot McNeill, November 2015.
To get started, run the example test_ord_trk_stnbmd.m in the example folder.
