Rhythm analysis based on Modulation Spectrum

This can be used to study rhythm of short speech segments like phrases and sentences.

The envelope of the speech token is extracted and the peak frequency and normalized peak amplitude at three modulation rates is written into an excel file.
It can process the data of multiple sentences by a single subject and can give average output values.
It is still the preliminary version. I am fine-tuning things to provide flexibility in analysis.
