scatstat1 local statistics of scattered 1d data

Returns local statistics (mean, median, etc) of similar to moving window, but for scattered data.

This function performs statistical operations such as mean, median, std, etc., locally, in a fashion similar to a moving window. This function differs from most moving-window filters and frequency-based lowpass filtering in that data do not need to be equally spaced, nor must x values be monotonically increasing. Just enter scattered data and get local statistics within a given radius of each datapoint.
