Points to Surface Matrix

Given a set of coordinates and its connection information, surface data is generated.

From a set of coordinates and its connection information, this code creates a rectangle of prescribed thickness and assigns prescribed values to them. At the end, resulting matrix is a surface data created from the coordinates. The surface data matrix is visualized using contour map at the end.
