This function reads temperature data from an Omega HH506RA Digital Thermometer and checks for errors. Sometimes there are errors in communication that pop up with this relatively old hardware, so the function checks for that and provides error codes.

There are 2 functions:
"HH506RA_Init" Sets up the serial object with the correct settings for a HH506RA Thermometer
"HH506RA_ReadBuff" Reads the temperature data.
