This function modifies a figure to make it print-sized for saving into a manuscript file (such as .eps). It also resizes the figure on the screen to match the printed size, changes all fonts to Times New Roman, and scales fonts/lines/markers proportionally. It is easy to add new user-defined parameters by copying the style of the set(findall(...)) commands.
