[ refPower, refPowerdB ] = misMatchLoss( mode, value ) computes mismatch loss by using
eiter VSWR or S11 value according to mode definition

value : Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) or |S11|^2 (in dB)
mode : 'VSWR' or 'S11' (default is 'VSWR')

refPower : reflected power in percentage (Preflected/Pincident*100)
refPowerdB : reflected power in dB
