Notes:
- This is possible using commscope.Eye
- But commscope.Eye will be removed in subsequent releases.
Mathworks recommend using comm.EyeDiagram instead.
- However, the recommended function lacks features for plotting on a GUI
- I added my own code for plotting on a GUI
