The Anritsu MS462x Vector Network Analyzer utilies cover the following features:

Send command(s) to the VNA and get the response if applicable

Perform a screendump on the VNA and transfer the data to the PC

Get a set of 2-port S-Parameters and save the data in a .s2p file

Plot 2-port S-parameter from a .s2p file in 4 single plots

Plot 2-port S-parameter from a .s2p file in a 4in1 plot

These utilities are not covering everything you might have been looking for, but they are a good starter for your own improvements.
