IRID of Complex Fractional Order Integrator
irid_fcoi function is prepared to compute a discrete-time/continuous-time transfer function to approximate a continuous-time fractional complex order integraor in the form of ((wgc/s)^lamta*cos(mu*log(wgc/s)))^(-sign(mu)), where "s" is the Laplacetransform variable, "lamta" is the real part of the fractional complex order in the range of (0,2), "mu" is the imaginary part of the fractional complex order in the range of (-1,0), and "wgc" is the gain-crossover frequency.
