Air and Water Property Interpolation

Allows the computation of air and water properties through basic linear interpolation between two data points

Data Sources:
-For air and water at 101.325 kPa: Geankoplis (1993)
-For saturated water: Bergman et al. (2011)
This program allows the determination of basic properties of air and water for a given temperature and/or pressure range base from the data source. The interpolation is between the nearest two points from the data source. Please do not forget to load the appropriate data variables as they contain the data set.
