How would I create a function using a positive integer 'q' in a 5 by q matrix, where row 'i' consists of i, 2i, 3i...qi.
Also, how would a second output, containing the average of every element in the first output be written?

how would I create a 6x6 matrix with evenly distributed values from -10 to 10?
I know a long way, by typing out the exact values, I was just curious as to if there was a more efficient way.
