hello i have problems while loading my visual studio c++ dll , here are the files please help me

First ensure that you have C++ compiler installed and linked with MATLAB.
If not, please refer to this link https://in.mathworks.com/support/requirements/previous-releases.html?s_cid=pi_scl_1_R2013b_win64
