How to find out single object in binary image?. & how to calculate area of that single object?

Hello,sir/madam i trying to find out the area of single object in binary image and such object is my target to calculate area. so please reply me. thank you

Use regionprops :
cc = your binary image;
my_area = regionprops(cc, 'Area'); % this will return the areas of the objects within your image
