integrating SIFT and PCA

i have a problem while integrating SIFT and PCA algorithm. i have downloaded SIFT code from D. G. Lowe's website. now i have to integrate it with PCA algorithm. what steps should i take while integrating SIFT code with PCA. Please help. thanks in advance. sorry for bad English.
