constant current lit-ion charger

Hello I'm shermon sheran from Malaysia. I currently doing Lit-ion Battery Charger and i'm stuck in the first stage itself of doing a constant current lit-ion charger and constant voltage lit-ion charger, can anyone help me how to draw this circuit in matlab. thank you very much in advanced hope anyone can help me pleaseee. @constant current lit-ion charger
