how to create two dimentional nodes of X and Y axis.

I want to define 20 nodes of 100x100 squre meter area. for every node 'X' and 'Y' co-ordinates are given. out of this 20 nodes 10 nodes are transmitter and other are receivers. i also want to define some values of properties like transmitted power, signal to noice ratio etc...

Look up meshgrid() in the help. I think it's what you're looking for. It will give you all the coordinates of a rectangular grid given some locations along X and some locations along Y.
