Can I get a Matlab Code for Minutia Cylinder Code(MCC Descriptor)

Hey I am working on project on developing an algorithm to detect Latent Fingerprints and reconstruct the missing parts to compare i twith the ones in the database. Here my project uses Minutia Cylinder Code(MCC Descriptor) in identifying the Fingerprints, since am just a beginner with Matlab I searched for it and I could'n get a Matlab code for Minutia Cylinder Code(MCC Descriptor) so can anyone help me with it please?
