How can i crete an array with element[0] in simulink

Hi,

I have a library without specification which I have to integrate into a model. I see in Stateflow that it is accessed element [0][0]from one array from simulink workspace. I don't know how can I build this array in such a way in stateflow will access element [0][0].

Please,..I really need to understand it! I don't know stateflow very well
