Bounding Box within a rectangle

I have drawn a Bounding Box around the whole white pixeled region of an image. I have divided the bounding box into into 2 rectangles, and want to draw new bounding boxes around the white pixeled region within the 2 rectangles.

If you could help, that'll be awesome.
