Localizer/scout lines if planes are not orthogonal

Hello,
I need to draw localizer lines and I haven't any problem if planes are orthogonal but most of them are not so,can sombody explain me how to draw the lines in this case???

I think you're going to have to help us out a little bit more. What does your data look like?
