Is it possible to place a still image in a certain area of live video stream?

I am using a program that tracks anything red in the live webcam feed. If it is red is shows the coordinates and bounds it with a box and shows the centroid of the box. Is there any way I can place a still image over the centroid instead of a box? Thank you.
