Robotino Toolbox Compatability Error

i need to work on robotino toolbox but everytime i download the 2.1.1 it says error that my windows not compatable with it . i am running matlab 2011b and W7 x64bit ...and i can not get it to run even when following the openrobotino-wiki page and installing the compliers.
