Hi, I am just beginning to use Chronux and after adding the folder to my MatLab library I tried opening the GUI by typing ndb as instructed, however I receive an error prompt saying this is an unknown command.
Any suggestions??

Hi, could you solve that. I have the same issue these days and can't find a way to access the GUI. Thanks

Hello, Michael. Did you solve this problem? When I added the chronux folder to matlab and typed ndb on the command line, it displayed ‘The function or variable'ndb' is not defined.’, and Idon't know how to open the GUI.

MATLAB does not know where to look for 'ndb'. I assume 'ndb.m' is in the folder you downloaded for 'Chronux'. You would have to add the path to where ndb.m is located on your machine. Have a look at the documentation for the MATLAB search path.
PS: it helps to tell people what 'Chronux' is (I had to search).

Depending on your OS use the search/find utility to look for ndb.m and ensure that its folder is on the path. The website times-out for me so I am unable to download it to have a look.
PS: You can edit your question to add more information for new readers.
