How to generate from a library multiple parameters for different masks?

Hi guys,

I have created a library in which I model a boiler. The library has 8 masked parameters. I want to create a group of 100+ boilers. All boilers should have 3 masked parameters equal to the ones of the library and the other 5 masked parameters must be different for each boiler. Is there a way to generate 100 different masked parameters without manually changing the mask for each boiler?

For e.g the library has the parameter 'a'. I want to find a way so that when I copy the library 100 times, I will have the parameters 'a1','a2','a3'... 'a100' in each mask without manually changing the mask of each boiler.
