Why LCS for CG does not follow the model?

Hi guys ...

I'm currently working on linking the simmechanics and solidworks. It's success and now i'm trying to change the LCS so that, it's easy for me to manipulate it (since the coordinate is plan by me). However, I have a problem here.

From the picture above, you can see there is one centre of gravity which located below the rest. The CG should be in the middle of the pendulum. May anyone here, explains to me why is this happen? and how to overcome this problem?
