Why am i still getting this error while trying to design a controller

Error loading the initial state for model 'Control_new'. Unable to find a matching block state corresponding to element 1 of signals structure array. I have check the Time and State and change format to array, yet i am still getting this error. Please someone help please,

How do get the variable that you use for Initial State? Ideally it should be a variable that was logged from a previous simulation with individual fields/values changed. This ensures that the correct format is being used.
