Can I use the Phased array system toolbox to design a MIMO radar system?

I have just started reading the documentation, and was wondering how I can use some of the objects and functions in the pased array system toolbox to design simultaneously transmited orthogonal waveforms and the virtual ULA for a bistatic MIMO radar system?
