Simulin rsim target compatibility

I create an executable (exe) file with matlab 2011b 32bit... then I deploy it to my customer with matlab 2014a 64 bit but somehow the executable does not generate the output.mat file...
i dont see why this should not work... Is there any known incopatibilty issue on that topic?
The test works fine in 2011b 32 bit but does not work on 2014a 64bit
Call: !Modelname -p Parameters.mat -i InputSignals.mat -o OutputSignals.mat -tf 7
