How to use a png image for an animation

Hi,
I am currently running an animation in a GUI that shows a block (created from rectangles) slide slide back and forth on the screen. I want to replace the block with an image of a house. Is this possible? If so, how would I accomplish this?

Carlos - do you mean that you want the house to slide back and forth on the screen?
