Publishing an mfile including the calls to other m files.

I have a routine that reads in, calculate metrics and outputs the results. I have several m files that are called from the main routine. I would like publish the entire process including the external m files. Is there a way to do this? Or would I have to temporarily add a publish line for each call in the main routinie?
