License manager Error -114 , Need to fix?Need you help.............

After installation of Matlab 2014a.I found an error...Need to fix this error. If the error is due to license ,kindly send me license file if you have. Any effort will be strongly appreciated..Thanks

You appear to be using a networked license with a license manager. The license manager needs to have a software update first. Then the systems administrator needs to retrieve an updated license file from Mathworks.

If you installed matlab in other folder except C, this problem will create. So uninstall the setup, which you installed in other folder and reinstalled into C folder. If my answer will work then please vote me. if not then comment what problem you are facing.
