Second Order ODE with trouble

I have tried to follow tutorials but i am having trouble making an m file to solve a system of ode's with constants that is specifically

I want to solve numerically but can not find any information on solving sets of equations like this. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

You need to rewrite the second order ODE to two first order ODEs. This can be found in many mathematics books and even in the MATLAB help: http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/math/ordinary-differential-equations.html. Then you will get five first order differential equations. The initial conditions are given so you can solve it.
