I do not have access to the content of the book or the paper. The searches I did indicate that the book contains source code, and that the paper probably does as well, but I cannot check that without paying a lot of money.

I find papers which just use the built-in facilities of the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. "Fuzzy Associative Memory" apparently has several meanings in the field, and one of the meanings seems to be pretty much the same as what the Type 1 logic in the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox already does.

Creating source code for "Fuzzy Associative Memory" appears to be project assigned in some universities, so I see some posts from people asking for the source code.

Note that if you are associated with a University, then the University might already have a Springer subscription, or might already have a way for the library to purchase the book.

I do not have a way to read through the content, so I cannot be sure that the source code is present.
