Matlab mobile and Drive storage issue for Academic License

Hello! I created an academic account on the 26th of October 2021. Once I created it, Matlab drive displayed storage capacity of 5 GB. However, when I launched the Mathworks online application on my I-Pad in this morning, it popped up a prompt message and it reads “Your capacity has been shrunk to 250MB and some of your coding capabilities have been reduced”. What does that mean? It seems I can still do whatever I wish on desktop application; but am I restricted in online application? I’d be glad if I may learn the reason why. Thanks in advance.

I would tend to suspect that you logged into a student account instead of an academic account on your iPad
Hi Mr. Roberson,
In fact, for both desktop and matlab mobile applications, I have a single account bound to "ilker.gurcan@metu.edu.tr". On my account page, it reads "License use: Academic". There exists no any other license linked to my account. By the way, I am a PhD student; not a Professor. The problem is... It has been fine until this morning.
Yours sincerely,
Ilker GURCAN
Perhaps the academic license expired. If I recall correctly, under the Help menu there is a way to Update License, which could potentially help.
Go to https://drive.matlab.com/ and sign into your account. What storage amount is displayed in the bottom left?
Hello Cris,
You may find the attached file.
By the way, I have submitted a service request twice; though I cannot list any of them in my account. Therefore; I am not sure whether the people who are in charge in my country had seen it or not.
Comand Window, "Home" tab, Help -> Licensing -> Update Current Licenses...
I did it as you say in my matlab desktop application; but it is to no avail for matlab drive and mobile application. It just popped up "your license file is updated". However; once I checked my matlab drive, it is still of 250MB. I've just called matlab's authorized dealer in my country. They told me to send my request through their "info mailing channel". Let's hear out what they will say about it.

Seeing that today in the 1st of November, the most likely explanation is that your license expired at the end of October. Is there a software administrator at your university you can ask?

Yes, I do; but they told me that they did not notice anything wrong once they had checked out the administrator panel. They requested me to ask you and to forward your message to them.
However, isn't it weird that it could expire within a week? It has been barely over a week since I created an academic account and linked the license to it?
Now, I've just sent your reply to them. I'll notify you of the situation once they make a comeback to me.
Thanks for your interest in my question,
Ilker GURCAN
You are using the school's license, which is typically renewed annually. This is independent of when you install it on your system.
I don't know what has fixed the issue; but now it has been resolved. It could be either due to waiting for some time after updating my license or because of making contact with the authorized dealer in my country; though they haven't replied yet. Whatever... It has been fixed.
I really thank you for the help. Really appreciated, Cris.
There was a licensing issue. I'll spare you the details, but glad to hear it is resolved.
