I am running a blink led file from matlab and deploying it on raspberry but its showing codegen error ,having troble with deploy function

One possible reason for the issue might be that the MATLAB Coder product is not installed. If that's the case refer to Get and Manage Add-Ons, install the MATLAB Coder toolbox and try executing the code. If the issue is not resolved then contact MathWorks Support.
