Speedup simulation in Simulink

I have a battery pack charge balancing simulation for 30 minutes (1800 seconds).

Simulation takes roughly 5 minutes for 1 second in simulation.

Looks like, it will roughly take 150 hours to complete.

Can anyone suggest any method to speed up the computation?

I have a R2021a version running on a 16GB RAM Windows 10 Intel i5 machine, with 4 cores and 8 logical cores.

The simulation is already running in Accelerator mode.
