How can I get bootstrapped marginal means and confidence intervals after an ANCOVA?

Hello,
I am trying to work out how to extract marginal means and confidence intervals after an ANCOVA. I am using the aoctool and have used bootci on the unadjusted data but am unsure how to join the two methods together.
Has anyone any experience of this?

Matlab provides an example how to plot the confidence bounds from within the aoctool().
