Finding the central frequency for an array by using Weighted Average method

Hi, I have an array (1024x3000). it represented distribution, where 1024 is no. of raws and 3000 number of samples. for every sample, I have a curve. I want to find the central frequency for every sample so, the output should be (3000) values. I want first to find the maximum values and the corresponding for these values and find the FWHM for every sample and then apply the Weighted average method. can you please help me?
Example: this data is for one column only (one sample) (1024) value
I have to fine the maximum value for 3000 samples like this above by weighted average method or curve fitting
