重新安装VS，对应版本是2017，

安装的时候，只选择C/C++，记得全部勾选

在安装完CANoe插件的时候，必须需要重启电脑，Library 中才可以显示！

安装了MinGW64 Compiler (C) 是不管用的，必须Visula C++
