unlogic result from stepinfo command

i work on PV syystem. the irradiannce pattern is step from 500 to1000 w/m^2 after 1 sec..i want to meaure rise time,settling time,.... for outputpower.i try stepinfo but it gives unlogic result the total simulation time is 2.5 sec.
