Is there any other drone like the Parrot mini drone to try and test using MATLAB?

The Parrot mini drone is now dicontinuted. It had a support package in MATLAB with which one could try and test flight paths and develop control architectures. What can be a similar product to have a hands on experience of drones using MATLAB or any other platform?

You can have a look at the MATLAB support for Ryze Tello drones. With this support package you can send commands to the drone controller from MATLAB but modifying the flight controller architecture is not possible. If you want to deploy fight controller from Simulink, consider PX4 Autopilot support from Simulink. In this case you may need to assembe the drone to make it fly.
