How to calculate light intensity distribution from MTF data?

Hi there,
I simulated several MTF and PSFmaps in MatLab (data from Zemax) and now I would like to calculate the light intensity distribution in far and near vision, but I can't get there, could you please help me out some tips about this project?
The data I have is: Spatial frequency and MTF values in sagittal and atangential axis, and positions in mm and power(D)
